Brad Aham has been active in the investment field for over 20 years. He spent the first part of his career at a large investment management company where he was in charge of a global team that managed over $10 billion in emerging market equity assets for institutional investors. At Bluefish he takes that experience and applies it to real estate investments and projects. Brad manages many of the financial and operational aspects of our investments including banking relationships, accounting and project management. A numbers guy, he enjoys working on a project from start to finish and bringing strong results to clients. A native of Newbury, he has bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Brandeis University and an MBA from Boston University. Brad is a CFA charterholder and licensed construction supervisor. Brad has a strong interest in local history and is a board member of the Essex County Greenbelt Association.
Rich Cooper has been involved in real estate for over a decade. He began his career as an award-winning realtor in Marblehead, MA and quickly discovered and began to develop a passion for restoration and design, particularly on historic projects. These days, with hundreds of real estate transactions and several challenging multi-million dollar developments under his belt – not to mention a laundry list of contacts within the real estate community — he is able to get projects done efficiently and to a rigorously high standard. Some of these larger projects are more art than science, and his “eye” for resale and design throughout the renovation process make for projects that keep the Bluefish team proud and its investors happy. Rich holds an undergraduate degree in Communication from The University of New Hampshire, and a masters degree in Communication from Boston University.
